Kids

Crossway Kids is one of the most fun places to learn about Jesus at Crossway! Lessons are focused around a true story from the Bible each week, usually complementing the adult sermon series. Plus, we have games, songs and craft.

We have ​four different age groups for ages 3-11:

Creche: Under 3s
Younger Kids: Age 3 – Reception
Middle Kids: Year 1 – Year 2
Older Kids: Year 3 – Year 6

Children sit with their families for the first part of the church service until kids’ groups are announced, then parents bring their children to the groups. Parents then collect their children as soon as the service finishes. All children above age 3 will have a ‘Take home sheet’ so you can see what they’ve been learning and continue learning at home.

All our groups are run by trained, DBS screened volunteers (many of whom are also parents). You can view information about Safeguarding at Crossway here.
